This present study investigated that emotional labor of care workers effects on the interpersonal stresses
and this interpersonal stresses effect on change their job. Therefore, we aimed to suggest practical solution
for reduction of change their job. To achieve this aim, we applied emotional labor as independent variable,
interpersonal stresses as parameter and intention of change job as dependent variable. We performed a
survey targeting 488 people of care workers with reliable questionnaire from February 15, 2013 to March
30, 2013. In this survey, we found that emotional labor has a significantly impact on interpersonal stresses
and the consequence of this interpersonal stresses have influence on the intention of change job. Also, we
discovered that interpersonal stresses play a roleas mediator with regard to effects of emotional labor on
the intention of change job.
