본 연구는 드림스타트사업에 관한 연구의 동향을 살펴보고 아동의 행복한 삶을 위한 아동복지사 업 연구에 시사점을 주고자 하였다. 이를 위해 드림스타트 사업에 관련된 학위논문 및 학술지논 문을 대상으로 발표현황, 연구유형 및 분석방법, 연구대상 및 주제에 대한 동향을 분석하였다. 그 결과 학위논문보다는 학술지가 전체편수에서 60.5%로 더 많이 이루어졌으며, 조사연구에 편중되 었고 회귀분석과 기술분석이 가장 많았다. 연구대상은 운영현장전문가를 대상으로 한 연구가 가 장 많았으며, 사업의 효과성과 정책 현황 및 발전방안에 관련된 연구가 가장 많았다. 본 연구의 결과에 따라 이용자의 만족도와 사업의 운영체간에 효율적인 운영이 이루어질 수 있도록 이와 관 련된 다양하고 지속적인 연구가 모색되어야 할 것이다.
This research examines the trends of researches on the Dreamstart project and attempts to provide implications for researches on child welfare work for the happy life of children. To do this, the current conditions of publications, research types and research methods, research objects and themes, graduate theses and articles in academic journals in relation to the Dreamstart project were analyzed. The results of the analysis showed that the number of articles in academic journals, which accounted for 60.5% of the total, was greater than that of graduate theses, and most of them were survey researches, regression analysis and descriptive analyses. The highest number of researches were on operating field experts and the highest number of researches were related to the effectiveness of the project, the current conditions of related policies and development plans. Based on the results of this research, diverse and continuous researches related to this project should be explored so that efficient operation can be achieved for the satisfaction of users and for the operating body of this project.
