In this paper, This study investigates the effects on the psychological exhaustion and job satisfaction
according to stress coping strategies of child care center teachers. The subjects of study were exactly 237
child care teachers and child care center located in Ulsan City from October 7th, to November 20th, 2014.
data were collected through a questionnaire. The statistical analysis was performed in order to analyze
t-test, one-way analysis of variance, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation
using SPSS WIN 21.0 and Amos 21.0 program. In addition, the empirical analysis was verified at the 5%
significance level. First, Stress Coping Strategies can be seen high when job satisfaction is remarkably high
as a result of the analysis. Second, know that Stress Coping Strategies is mostly lower when a
Psychological exhaustion is higher. Implications of this study are thought to improve the working
environment and to be going to be the base line data for welfare improvement of the child care center
teacher.
