The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of the social support of early childhood teachers on
teacher efficacy and euphoria. The subjects of study were 260 teachers of kindergarten being located in Y
Metropolitan. Each questionnaire was distributed to a number of 260 early childhood teachers to study the
subject. Data analysis was analyzed using the SPSS 18.0 statistics program. The values were calculated
Cronbach ⍺ to calculate the reliability of each of the tools, technologies statistics were calculated to
determine the general characteristics of early childhood teachers. Empirical analysis is verified at the
significance level of 5%. Firstly, social support for early childhood teachers appeared to be correlated
closely with the Teacher Efficacy and happiness. Secondly, the demographic characteristics education
appeared as the most influential factors in the euphoria of early childhood teachers. As a result, religion in
demographic characteristics (T = 6.399 p <.01), career (t = 5.484, p <.01), and material support(t = 1.975 ,
p <.05), the sub-variable of social support, showed a significant influence on the general efficacy. The
research on the psychological impact on the stability and happiness of the child's custody early childhood
teachers are required in the future.
