The purpose of this study was investigate the environments and attitude and overall satisfaction level according to the recognition of usage of physical therapy. The research subject was randomly selected those who are receiving physical therapy in 2014. Written questionnaire and SNS questionnaire collection methods were used. For SNS questionnaire collection method, the survey-monkey program using smart phone was used. The statistics processing was conducted with SPSS 18.0 software program. Data analysis method was used student t-test, One-way ANOVA. For post-hoc comparison, the data was analyzed with Tukey test and verified reliability through Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. According to the study results, it can be used as a parameter that is meaningful to the satisfaction survey of physiotherapy and physical therapist. Factors that made influence on the satisfaction level of satisfaction level of environment of physical therapy clinic and attitude of physical therapists and overall satisfaction level of physical therapy were 'necessity of physical therapy', 'image of physical therapist'. This study conducted to provide professional and systematic treatment service to the patients who will be receiving physical therapy service.
