According to the former studies, there were some studies that showed relationship among creative
thinking, creative personality, creative product and academic achievement at school but the did not draw a
consistent results. The purpose of this study is to establish the relationships between elementary school
students’ creative product and academic achievement by testing the constructive model between academic
achievements according to elementary school students’ creative thinking, creative personality, and creative
product. For this study, Korea-Integrative Creativity Test (K-ICT) was conducted by 304 sixth graders in 4
elementary schools in Jeju-si, Jeju-do. First, creative thinking and creative personality was tested and then
an essay on creative products was written and graded. After that, the academic achievements were collected
and the constructive model between the variables was verified. As a result, creative thinking had a positive
effect on creative personality and academic achievement, and creative personality also showed a positive
effect on academic achievement. However, creative personality did not have any effect on creative product
and creative product neither had any effect on academic achievement.
