Recently, a resident on the Jeju island is due to the increasing population of immigrants has increased
steadily starting in 2010, and the rate is accelerating. Among the new instruments is provided in Jeju, it is
re-recognition as a valuable asset in making rural villages. However, unless communities rebuild is not
realized. Activation of a sustainable village community will be difficult. So, it is essential that inspiration
focuses on for settlement consciousness, not residence to contribute to their activating the local after settling
down Jeju. In this study, we first examines the population changes due to immigrants status in Jeju in
2010 and consequent diversification of family types through the analysis of the census data of 2010. Next,
we examine the characteristics of the Community Business inventory based on the analysis of the Type of
Community and we propose the community model through the analysis of Community Business. Finally, we
explore the diversity of Community Business in Jeju which are mainly involved by immigrants.
