The purpose of this study is to identify the factors influencing the educational
performance of educated social worker applying the Kirkpatrick educational evaluation
model. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, this study utilized Gyeonggi
Provincial self-sufficiency center's education survey data. The data were collected 121
social worker among 32 self-sufficiency center in Gyeonggido. The educational performance
of this study were defined as the dependent variable by manipulating the quality of
education programs, improving the confidence in the business, and improving the
self-leading job performance. According to the results of the regression analysis,
Kirkpatrick model 2 level had a positive effect on the educational outcomes of the
training execution institutions and the organizational environment factors of the
self-sufficiency practitioners. At the Kirkpatrick Model 3 level had a positive effect on the
satisfaction level of their work after education for educational performance. This study
was meaningful in that it applied the Kirkpatrick educational performance evaluation
model to the training of the self-sufficiency center social worker. Nevertheless, this study
limits the generalization of analytical results by analyzing only specific areas and limited
samples.
