본 연구에서는 내러티브에 기초하여 고등교육에서 역량기반 교육을 운영하고 구성하는 원리에 대 해 시론적으로 살펴보려고 한다. 한국의 고등교육에서는 2010년부터 현재까지 교육부 사업 중심으로 역량기반 교육이 확산되고 있다. 이에 따라 한국의 대학교육은 역량기반으로 교육과정이 구성되고 개 발되며 질 관리가 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 역량기반 교육이 교수자의 교수역량으로 구현되어 수업으 로 나타나고 있지는 못하고 있어 보이며, 학생의 역량을 강화할 수 있는 수업 설계 및 교수자의 역량 증진을 위한 방안을 적극적으로 모색할 필요가 있다. 내러티브의 개념을 살펴보고 내러티브적 앎과 지식의 구성을 살펴보고자 한다. 또한 내러티브적 교육의 가치와 특징을 알아본다. 내러티브는 교육 의 원리이자 교과를 내면화하는 원리로서 역량기반 수업에 대해 시사점을 줄 수 있다. 내러티브 교 육의 근본은 의사소통이기 때문에 상대방을 이해하고 배려하면서 자신의 의견을 말하는 능력을 키울 수 있다. 내러티브 교육은 21세기 미래 사회에서 역량을 갖춘 인재양성을 위한 수업의 원리로 활용될 수 있다.
The purpose of this study is to examine the principle of operating and constructing competency - based education in higher education on the basis of narrative. In higher education of Korea, competency - based education has been spreading from 2010 to the present. As a result, Korea 's university education is composed of competency - based curriculum and quality management. However, it seems that competency-based education is not implemented as a teaching profession, and it is necessary to actively seek ways to improve the capacity of the instructor and the design of lessons that can strengthen the competency of the student. We will examine the concept of narrative and the composition of narrative awareness and knowledge. We also examine the value and characteristics of narrative education. Narrative is a principle of education and it can give implications for competency - based instruction as a principle to internalize the subject. Since the basis of narrative education is communication, we can develop our ability to express opinions while understanding and caring others. Narrative education can be used as a principle for the education of talent with competency in the future society of the 21st century.
