본 연구는 문제성 피부 중 하나인 여드름 피부를 대상으로 메디칼 스킨케어 치료 후 수분도 변화 를 알아보았으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 치료효과에 따른 수분도 변화에서는 KAGS등급 2단계이상 호전된 그룹에서 수분도의 의미 있는 증가가 보였고 이는 여드름의 호전에 의해 개선된 피부장벽기 능으로 인해 피부 수분량이 증가되었기 때문으로 보인다. 다음으로 여드름 치료 횟수에 따른 수분도 변화에서는 3∼4회, 5∼6회, 7회 이상의 세 그룹으로 나누어 측정하였으나, 횟수에 따른 수분도의 변 화는 유의미한 결과가 나타나지 않았다. 하지만, 1주 간격으로 치료를 하였을 때 여드름의 호전과 함 께 수분도의 의미있는 증가가 관찰되었다. 이러한 결과를 통해, 여드름은 절대적인 치료 횟수 보다는 1주 간격으로 적극적인 치료가 더욱 중요하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 결론적으로 여드름 치료 효과에 따른 수분도 변화에 대한 내용으로 KAGS등급 2단계이상 호전된 그룹에서 여드름 치료 전후 대비 유 의한 수분도 증가가 관찰되었다. 이러한 여드름 호전에 따른 요인을 분석한 결과, 1주 이내의 간격으 로 적극적인 치료가 필요하며, 여드름 치료효과에 따라 수분도가 증가한 그룹에서 유분도 또한 정비 례 관계로 증가하는 것으로 보아, 여드름 치료 후 염증 반응이 호전되고 피부 장벽 기능이 재건되어 피부의 수분도 증가가 나타나는 것으로 사료된다.
This study analysis that the skin moisture changes after medical skin care in Acne Vulgaris patients. The major findings of the study were as follows: First, as a result of analyzing that the skin moisture changes after medical skin care cure is meaningful that Skin moisture is improvement. Because of Skin barrier function, it seems that the skin moisture increase. Second, skin moisture changes after medical skin care cure 3∼4 times or more is not meaningful, but when it cures during a week skin moisture changes with the acne improvement is meaningful. According to the research results, it is important that active cure more need to do every week than cure times. Therefore, after resulting of this reserch for the factor of the acne improvement, it needs to care every weeks, after the curing acne, imflammatory response improve and skin barrier is better, it analysis that Skin Moisture changes after medical skin care in Acne Vulgaris patients.
