The purpose of this study is to explore the meaning of experience felt as a result of adult women
participating in a church cell meeting. The research method consisted of narrative inquiry method
conducted by Connelly and Clandinin (2000). And results of the study are as follows. First, a cell
group progress consists of 3 phases including reflection, transformation, and embodied cognition
through open conversation. In other words, participants' cell group achieved the quality of life by
fulfilling the value of their experience through the break-up and reconstruction of their experience.
Second, participants' cell group were indicated as stimulant of knocking that awakens one's life,
charging station to heal and gain power, wisdom repository for reflection, self-understanding of
difference, and selection standard, and community experience learning completes as us by helping
others in need of support. In conclusion, by reflecting on the ability oriented social principle as it is,
this research intends to add weight onto learner's exchange value maximization, in other words,
‘learning to be' and ’learning to together' for andragogy, which intensifies educational imbalance
with qualification centered human resource development for eligibility and employment becoming best
educational philosophy. From narrow point of view, for people of contemporary time who did not
set own value system to lead life, without will to form own life by overcoming oneself.
