The purpose of this study was to examine the moderated mediation effects of positive psychological
capital (PPC) among learning transfer climate (LTC), learning transfer (LT) and job performance (JP)
in financial planners (FPs). For doing so, a survey was conducted with 500 FPs, 388 pieces of the
questionnaire were collected and all of them was used for data analysis. The results of this study
were as follows: First, FPs' LPC, LT, JP, and PPC had positive correlations. Second, FPs' LTC had
positive effect on LT. Third, FPs' PPC had moderating effects on the relationship between LT and
JP. Fourth, FPs' PPC had moderated mediation effects among LTC, LT and JP. Based upon the
results of this study, several suggestions were made to increase FPs' LT and JP in their workplace.
