In this study, we looked at the positive changes in the process of development and application of
activity observation assessment tool as a performance assessment method through a qualitative research
method (Kemmis & Mctaggart, 1999). The subjects of the study were four elementary school teachers
who were employed at G primary schools in S city and selected the research participants to collect the
data and analyzed them to grasp the problems of the existing real machine assessment tools, The
problem of the effectiveness of the evaluation of the result of applying and applying the actual technique
observation and assessment tool for the first-order study, the actuality of the evaluation, and the
practicality of the assessment tool are insufficient In order to solve these problems, we have modified the
observation and assessment tools to complement the actual techniques and applied them to the
second-order study, and found that the efficiency of the assessment and the actuality of the evaluation ,
We obtained positive results in terms of the efficiency of the assessment tool and found out the
possibility of applying the activity observation assessment tool as the performance assessment method.
