본 연구는 질적 연구 방법인 실행연구(Kemmis&Mctaggart,1999)를 통해서 수행평가 기법으로서의 실기 관찰 평 가 도구 개발 및 적용 과정에서 나타난 문제점은 수정 보완하여 재적용해 봄으로써 실기 관찰 평가 도구의 현장 적 용 가능성을 높이는데 있다. 이를 위해 S시의 소재한 G초등학교에서 4학년 학생을 대상으로 연구 참여자인 4명의 교사가 농구형 게임 수업을 실시하고 구안한 실기 관찰 평가 도구를 적용하며 수집한 심층 면담 내용, 연구 참여자 의 반성일지, 연구자의 참여 관찰 일지를 귀납적 범주 분석으로 분석하였다. 1차 실행 연구에서는 기존의 실기 관 찰 평가도구의 문제점을 분석하여 구안한 실기 관찰 평가 도구를 적용한 결과 교사들의 반응을 분석하여 평가의 효 율성, 평가의 실제성, 평가 도구의 실용성 측면에서 미흡하다는 문제점이 드러났다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하 여 실기 관찰 평가 도구를 수정하고 보완하여 2차 실행연구에 적용하여 살펴 본 결과 평가의 효율성, 평가의 실제 성, 평가 도구의 효율성 측면에서 긍정적인 결과를 얻어 수행평가 기법으로서의 실기 관찰 평가 도구 적용의 가능 성을 발견하게 되었다.
In this study, we looked at the positive changes in the process of development and application of activity observation assessment tool as a performance assessment method through a qualitative research method (Kemmis & Mctaggart, 1999). The subjects of the study were four elementary school teachers who were employed at G primary schools in S city and selected the research participants to collect the data and analyzed them to grasp the problems of the existing real machine assessment tools, The problem of the effectiveness of the evaluation of the result of applying and applying the actual technique observation and assessment tool for the first-order study, the actuality of the evaluation, and the practicality of the assessment tool are insufficient In order to solve these problems, we have modified the observation and assessment tools to complement the actual techniques and applied them to the second-order study, and found that the efficiency of the assessment and the actuality of the evaluation , We obtained positive results in terms of the efficiency of the assessment tool and found out the possibility of applying the activity observation assessment tool as the performance assessment method.
