Public Relations are dissimilar with publicity, and are very different from strategic publicity. Briefly
speaking strategy does not fit to PR. After 2nd World War lots of soldiers had jobs in profit-making
private companies and the word of strategy became general term at any time at any place. Strategy took
possession at PR as if strategy invaded PR. But PR might be accomplished not by fighting strategy but
perspective planning. The strategy is to win in the fight and deprive others, but planning is to stop to
think still and to see further and draw big idea. PR planning is more harmonious than PR strategy. We
may substitute strategy by planning. And planning may become primitive term of PR. If we take
planning as the primitive term we can arrange another new primitive terms of PR. They are public,
relations, net, harmony, authenticity, sustainability, sympathy, interaction, nature. Many people could
have questions because my opinion is regarded as being too ideal, hollow, theoretical. But from the far,
big and wide viewpoints these my recommendations are rather real, pratical and sound thoughts.
