Entrepreneurial capacity is very important for social enterprises to performance, and education to train competent social entrepreneurs is very important. In this paper, we examine the effect of social
entrepreneurial capacity on the performance of social enterprise. We classify the social enterprise
entrepreneurial competitiveness as entrepreneurial competence, relationship capacity, management competency
and social value pursuit, Respectively. In addition, mediating effect of Social Entrepreneur Education on the
relationship between Social Entrepreneur’s competence and their performance. The results show that the
managerial competence and entrepreneurship of social entrepreneurs have a positive effect on economic
performance and the social entrepreneur 's managerial capacity and pursuit of social value have a positive
effect on social performance. Education shows that management competence has a positive effect on social
performance, but managerial competency has negative effect on social performance. Based on these results,
we proposed the establishment of measurement standards for the economic performance of social enterprises
in the stage of start-up, and the objective criteria for evaluating social entrepreneurship capacity and the
necessity of developing an education program that can enhance competency.
