The purpose of this study is to investigate the difference in the level of competence and sports
attribution of shooting athletes and to verify the relationship between competency and sport attribution.
After the fire was targeting the 139 people belonging to the Association for Shooting and take advantage
of the competence scale sports attribution metrics to collect data in order to achieve this objective were a
ANOVA, MANOVA, Multiple Regression Analysis was performed. As a result, first, Male athletes are
more attributed to relative analysis when they perform more successfully than female athletes. Second, as a
result of studying the difference of sport attribution according to the affiliation of shooting athletes,
unemployed athletes showed more attribution about relative analysis and luck in the successful performance than national athletes, And attributed to the tribe. Third, male athletes showed higher level of competence
than female athletes. Fourth, players with high competence level attributed to mental strength, leadership,
effort and physical condition, whereas competent low players showed low attribution level. Finally, it was
found that physical condition factors had a positive effect on competence level.
