본 연구는 사격 선수들의 유능성과 스포츠 귀인의 수준차이를 알아보고, 유능성과 스포츠 귀인의 관계를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 대한사격연맹에 소속된 사격선수 139명을 대상으로 유능성 척도와 스포츠 귀인척도를 활용하여 자료를 수집한 후 일원분산분석, 다변 량분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 남자선수들은 여자선수들보다 성공적인 수행시 상대분석에 대한 귀인을 많이 하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사격선수들의 소속에 따른 스포츠 귀인의 차이를 알아본 결과 실업선수들은 국가대표 선수들 보다 성공적인 수행시 상대분석과 운에 대한 귀 인을 많이 하는 것으로 나타났으며, 이와 반면 수행을 실패할 경우 팀워크 부족에 귀인 하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 남자선수들이 여자선수들 보다 유능성 수준이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 유능성 수준이 높은 선수들이 정신력, 지도력, 노력과 컨디션에 귀인 하는 반면, 유능성인 낮은 선수들은 낮 은 귀인 수준을 보였다. 마지막으로 스포츠 귀인 중 컨디션 요인은 유능성 수준에 긍정적 영향을 미 치는 것으로 나타났다.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the difference in the level of competence and sports attribution of shooting athletes and to verify the relationship between competency and sport attribution. Fourth, players with high competence level attributed to mental strength, leadership, effort and physical condition, whereas competent low players showed low attribution level. Finally, it was found that physical condition factors had a positive effect on competence level.
