The purpose of this study is to identify different choose teaching motivation following individual trait of
beginning elementary and middle school teachers within 1-3 years of graduating from college. Also, it is to
analyze factors influencing on task adaptation and maladaptation of beginning elementary and middle school
teachers. This study shows that cause of beginning teachers decided workplace as teaching is very variety.
And university types, suitability of educational level and task level, satisfaction about working time, average
monthly wage, satisfaction about working environment don't significant affect task adaptation and
maladaptation. Whereas, because task adaptation of non major as teacher and female teacher appears to be
lower, need establish differentiated strategies to assist that they adapt task as teaching. And reason that
teacher task fits aptitude, autonomy and rights for working, satisfaction about human relations and
promotion system increases, task adaptation appears to be high, need that pre-teacher training policy and
plans for improving encouragement of teacher build.
