The goal of this study was to examine the effect of Integrated Early Childhood Science Education
Programs with Subject, which were geared toward improving the scientific ability of young children.
To meet the above goal, two study purposes have been set up as follows: The result showed as
follows: First, Integrated Early Childhood Science Education Programs with Subject carried out
aiming at enhancing scientific ability had effect size in improving young children’s scientific literacy.
Second, to investigate the cause of the difference in effect size of the influence of Integrated Early
Childhood Science Education Programs with Subject on young, the regulation effect about children’s
age, type of group in experiment, the period of experiment treatment and the number of
experimental treatment were explored. As a result, Differences of Effect size to children’s age and
the period of treatment showed a statistically significant difference. To sum up, it can be seen that
various science education programs for young children whose goal is to enhance scientific ability have
a positive effect in improving young children’s scientific literacy.
