연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 액션러닝을 활용한 수업이 예비특수교사들의 통합교육에 필요한 중요한 자질 인 문제해결능력과 의사소통 기술에 미치는 효과를 알아보는 것이다. 연구방법: 예비특수교사 35명을 대상 으로 15주에 걸쳐 액션러닝을 활용한 특수교육학개론 강좌를 운영하였다. 강좌를 실시하기 전 문제해결능 력과 의사소통능력에 관한 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 15주 후 동일한 검사지를 활용하여 사후검사를 실시 하였다. 연구결과: 액션러닝을 활용한 수업을 실시하기 전과 후의 예비특수교사들의 문제해결능력과 의사 소통 기술에서는 유의미한 변화가 있었다. 문제해결능력의 하위 영역 가운데 계획/실행 영역과 의사소통 능 력의 하위 영역 가운데 해석능력, 목표설정 능력, 메시지 전환 능력에서 유의미한 변화가 있었다. 논의 및 결론: 액션러닝을 활용한 수업이 예비특수교사들의 문제해결능력과 의사소통 기술 증진에 유용한 교수방법 임이 입증되었다.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of action learning on the problem-solving ability and communication skill of Korean prospective special education teachers required in inclusive education setting. Method: The Participants consisted of 35 Korean prospective special education teachers. Data were obtained using the Problem-Solving and Communication Skill Inventory. 35 Korean prospective special education teachers participated in an action learning course for 15 weeks. The Participants completed a self-reported questionnaire on problem-solving ability and communication skill before and after the course. Results: There were significant improvements in both problem-solving ability and communication skill of the teachers. From the subcategories of the problem-solving ability, especially planning/practicing showed significant differences and there were significant differences in interpretability, goal setting ability, and message switching capability from the subcategories of the communication skill. Conclusion: A course based on action learning has effects in assisting prospective education teachers to enhance their problem-solving ability and communication skill for inclusive education.
