본 연구는 법과대학에서 법학 전공과목을 수강중인 2학년 법과대학생 135명을 대상으로 안전의식 과 안전행동 실천과의 관계를 파악하여 이들의 안전의식과 안전행동 실천을 향상시키기 위한 방안을 모색해 보고자 수행되었다. 연구대상은 연구의 목적을 이해하고 연구 참여에 동의한 대상자를 편의 표집하였으며, 136명이 표집되었고, 이 중 135명의 자료를 최종분석에 이용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 대상자의 안전의식은 4.17점으로 비교적 높은데 반해 안 전행동 실천은 50.46점으로 중간정도로 나타났다. 소방안전행동 실천은 성별과 나이에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 안전의식은 안전행동 실천과 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 장차 미래의 주역으로서 법학을 전공하여 안전한 정의사회 구현을 담당할 인재로 성장 하게 될 법과대학생들의 안전의식과 안전행동 실천을 파악해 보았으므로 본 연구의 내용을 바탕으로 이들 대학생들의 안전의식과 안전행동 실천을 증진시키기 위한 보다 효율적이고 실질적인 안전교육 프로그램의 개발 및 체계적인 교육이 필요하다.
This study aimed to examine the safety consciousness and safety behavior practice of junior law students in an universities and to investigate the relativeness between them. The subjects were 135 majored law students who understood the purpose of this study and agreed to participate in the study. The collected data were analyzed by frequency, descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson’s correlation using SPSS 22.0 program. The result of the study showed that the safety consciousness of the subjects was as high as 4.17 points, on the other hand, practice of safety behavior was moderate with 50.46 points. Fire prevention action was found to be different according to gender and age. And the safety consciousness showed a significant correlation with the safety behavior practice. Based on the results, it is necessary to develop and apply more effective and practical safety related education for law students in addition to the technical and institutional aspects in order to promote safety awareness and safety behavior practice.
