This study was done to analyze the user self-evaluation scales of hospital information programs. From
August 9 to August 31, user education for hospital information education was divided into the 1st and 2nd
and was condected for professors, residents and nurses. The self-assessment table used in the practical
training consisted of 45 items in the first practical education and 25 items in the second practical
education. Using the SPSS WIN 19.0 program, the data was analyzed using descriptive statistics and
One-way ANOVA and qualitative data analysis used content analysis. The results of the analysis showed
that there was no difference in the average level of difficulty of hospital information education among user
occupations, and user’s opinion for UI(user interface) program function, education procedure, education
material were derived. The results of this study can be used as basic data for user friendly information
program development and it will also contribute to more efficient and systematic user education.
