본 연구는 병원 정보화 시스템에 대한 사용자들의 실습교육 자가평가표의 내용을 분석한 서술적 횡단적 연구이다. 2016년 8월 9일부터 8월 31일까지 병원 정보화 시스템에 대한 사용자 실습교육이 1 차, 2차로 나누어 교수, 전공의, 간호사를 대상으로 진행되었다. 실습교육시 사용된 자가평가표는 1차 실습교육시 45문항, 2차 실습교육시 25문항으로 이루어져 있으며 1차 자가평가표 총 142부, 2차 자가 평가표 105부가 최종 자료분석에 이용되었다. 자료분석은 SPSS Win 19.0을 이용하여 빈도분석과 일 변량 분산분석(One-way ANOVA)으로 분석하였고 질적 자료분석은 내용분석을 이용하였다. 분석결과 사용자 직종간 병원 정보화 교육 난이도 평균은 유이한 차이는 없었으나 사용자 화면구성이나 기능 추가와 같은 사용자의 편의성과 교육방법이나 자료에 대한 다양한 사용자들의 의견이 도출되었다. 본 연구 결과는 사용자 친화적인 병원 정보화 프로그램 개발의 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이고 보다 효율적이고 체계적인 사용자 실습 교육에도 기여할 수 있을 것이다.
This study was done to analyze the user self-evaluation scales of hospital information programs. From August 9 to August 31, user education for hospital information education was divided into the 1st and 2nd and was condected for professors, residents and nurses. The self-assessment table used in the practical training consisted of 45 items in the first practical education and 25 items in the second practical education. Using the SPSS WIN 19.0 program, the data was analyzed using descriptive statistics and One-way ANOVA and qualitative data analysis used content analysis. The results of the analysis showed that there was no difference in the average level of difficulty of hospital information education among user occupations, and user’s opinion for UI(user interface) program function, education procedure, education material were derived. The results of this study can be used as basic data for user friendly information program development and it will also contribute to more efficient and systematic user education.
