현대의 의료환경에서 자기주도적인 간호를 수행하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 이러한 자기주도적인 간 호를 수행하기 위하여 간호대학생을 대상으로 자기주도학습 증진 프로그램을 시행함으로서 간호대학 생의 자기주도적 학습능력과 자기효능감, 임파워먼트 및 임상수행능력에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 시행된 동일집단의 사전, 사후 비교설계연구이다. 자기주도학습 증진 프로그램은 총 16시간으로 40명 의 간호대학생을 대상으로 프로그램 시행 전과 후의 자기주도적 학습능력, 자기효능감, 임파워먼트, 임상수행능력에 대하여 조사하였다. 프로그램 시행 전과 후의 결과를 살펴보면, 자기주도적 학습능력 (t=-4.52, p<.0001)과 자기효능감(t=-7.17,p<.0001), 임파워먼트(t=-5.60, p<.0001), 임상수행능력(t=-2.68, p=0.018) 모두 통계적으로 유의하게 나타나, 자기주도학습증진 프로그램은 효과적임을 알 수 있었다. 따라서, 임상현장실습을 경험하지 않은 2학년 간호대학생을 대상으로 임상현장실습 전에 자기주도학 습 증진 프로그램을 시행함으로서 자기주도적 학습능력과 학업적 자기효능감, 임파워먼트 및 임상수 행능력이 향상되고 이를 통하여 간호대학생이 임상현장실습의 두려움을 극복하고 임상현장실습 교육 의 만족도와 효과를 높이며 더 나아가 간호사로서의 역량을 강화할 수 있으리라 사료된다.
In this paper's purpose was to approve the effects of Enhancement self-directed learning program on self-directed learning, self-efficacy, empowerment, clinical practice competency. The nursing students of 40 participated the Enhancement self-directed learning program of 16 hours. The questionnaire survey on self-directed learning, self-efficacy, empowerment and clinical practice competency test were conducted 2 time (before program, after program) to the nursing students. The data were analyzed by the SPSS 21.0 program. There was a statistically significant increase in self-directed learning(t=-4.52, p<.0001), self-efficacy(t=-7.17,p<.0001), empowerment(t=-5.60, p<.0001), clinical practice competency(t=-2.68,p=0.018). This study found that Enhancement self-directed learning program for nursing students may increase self-directed learning, self-efficacy, empowerment, clinical practice competency.
