The objective of this study was to develop a confluence model for improvement of career related core
competencies in social sector in seconds and secondary schools. Firstly, the core competencies required in social sector and the capacity factors were identified through a Delphi survey. Secondly, a confluence
model for improvement of career related core competencies in social sector in elementary and secondary
school. Thirdly, the confluence model was applied to elementary and secondary school to identify the
effectiveness. The research methods of this study were analysis of the previous researches, interviews with
experts and Delphi surveys, experiments and so on. Through this study, the validated confluence model for
fostering the core competencies of elementary and secondary school students and the common and detail
core competencies will be required in future society region (5 regions) were driven. And the model was
applied in the classroom for identify the effectiveness. According to this study, the effectiveness of the
confluence model was identified. In this study, the confluence instruction model for improvement of career
