본 연구는 초, 중등학교에서의 진로교육을 위하여 진로관련 핵심역량을 함양하기 위한 사회영역 융합수업모델을 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 1단계로 사회영역에서 요구되는 핵심역량을 도 출하고 델파이 조사를 통해 역량변인을 확인하였으며, 2단계로 핵심역량을 함양할 수 있는 사회영역 융합수업모델을 개발하였다. 그 후 초중등 학교에 적용하여 효과를 확인하였다. 연구방법은 선행연구 분석과 전문가집단 인터뷰 및 델파이 조사, 실험 등을 활용하였다. 본 연구 결과, 미래 사회영역(5개 영역)에서 요구하는 핵심역량으로 기초(공통) 핵심역량과 사회영역 세부핵심역량을 도출하였으며, 초 중등 학교에서 사회관련 교과 수업, 진로교육 및 창의․인성교육 등을 위해 효과적으로 적용할 수 있 는 ‘핵심역량 함양을 위한 융합 수업모델’을 학교 급별 각 10종씩 개발하였다. 그리고 수업모델의 효 과를 확인하기 위하여 핵심역량 체크리스트, 교과기반 핵심역량 평가(동형검사 2종)도 개발하였다. 수 업모델과 평가도구 개발 후에 초중등 사회과 수업에 실험 적용하여 효과가 있다는 점을 확인하였다. 본 연구에서는 초중등학교에서 진로 핵심역량 향상을 위한 사회영역 융합수업모델 개발에 대하여 안 내하였다.
The objective of this study was to develop a confluence model for improvement of career related core competencies in social sector in seconds and secondary schools. Firstly, the core competencies required in social sector and the capacity factors were identified through a Delphi survey. Secondly, a confluence model for improvement of career related core competencies in social sector in elementary and secondary school. Thirdly, the confluence model was applied to elementary and secondary school to identify the effectiveness. The research methods of this study were analysis of the previous researches, interviews with experts and Delphi surveys, experiments and so on. Through this study, the validated confluence model for fostering the core competencies of elementary and secondary school students and the common and detail core competencies will be required in future society region (5 regions) were driven. And the model was applied in the classroom for identify the effectiveness. According to this study, the effectiveness of the confluence model was identified. In this study, the confluence instruction model for improvement of career core competency of elementary and secondary school students.
