최근 통합교육연구는 통합교육 실현을 위한 실질적 지식과 기술에 관한 연구의 필요성이 제기 되고 있다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 성공적인 통합교육 실현을 위해 통합 신체표현활동 교사들의 수업경험을 파악하여 통합신체표현활동 콘텐츠와 실천전략을 제시하는 것이다. 콘텐츠만 제공하는 기존의 탈 맥락적 한계를 극복하고, 교수전략이 실현되고 있는 맥락적 상호관계를 바탕으로 실천 전략을 도출하기 위해 근거이론 방법을 사용하였다. 연구 참가자는 통합수업 경험이 있는 신체표 현활동 교사 6명이다. 자료는 타당도를 높이기 위해 삼각검증법에 따라 심층 면담, 참여 관찰, 문 서를 수집하여 개방코딩, 축 코딩, 선택코딩에 따라 개념과 범주를 도출하였다. 연구 결과 유연한 교수전략과 창의적 변형이 가능한 콘텐츠가 핵심범주로 나타났으며 통합교사 들이 교육 현장에서 사용할 수 있는 11개의 신체표현활동 콘텐츠를 발견할 수 있었다. 신체표현활 동이 구현되는 교육적 맥락의 특징은 다양성에 대한 존중, 획일성 지양, 개성의 존중, 공동체 문화 조성으로 나타나 성공적 통합교육의 지향점과 동일함을 알 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 창의적 수업, 자유로운 변형이 가능한 교육 콘텐츠, 수용적 교사, 11개의 신체표현활동 콘텐츠를 성공적인 통합교육의 실천전략으로 제안하는 바이다.
Current inclusive education in Korea reforms put the emphasis of real knowledge and instructional strategies at school for the implementation of inclusive education. The purpose of this study is to suggest the practical strategies on dance class and inclusive dance educational contents for the implementation of inclusive education by understanding of dance teacher’s teaching experiences. Ground theory was used to analyze the data in order to overcome limitation of previous dexontectualized educational contents and to provide the practical educational strategies based on contextual information. Participants were 6 dance teachers. In order to increase the validity of the data, concepts and categories were derived according to open coding, axial coding, and selective coding by collecting in-depth interviews, participating observations and documents according to triangulation. As a result, the core categories were flexible teaching and dance educational contents which are able to be creative variation. In addition, 11 dance educational contents were found. Characteristics of the educational context in a dance class were respect for diversity and individuality, rejection of conformity, and feeling a sense of community, that are in the same line with the goal of successful inclusive education. In conclusion, dance educational contents could be the instructional strategies for the implementation of inclusive education.
