of social environmental characteristics on the quality of life. Toward this
purpose, this study was to analyze 350 physical disabled aged who attended
the community welfare institution for the disabled located in Gyeonggi
Province through the convenient sampling method. First, this study has found

individual characteristics were low, and that such characteristics had

perception of discrimination, physical accessibility, and leisure culture. To
achieve this, it requires a policy to strengthen the community welfare
network for the institutional enhancement, in-home welfare, and consolidation
in order to guarantee the physical disabled aged's minimum standard of living,
and to publicize the change of recognition of discrimination and prejudice for
the physically disabled persons as well as the comprehension extension. In particular, there is a real need to strengthen the contents of Welfare of
Disabled Persons Act Article 21.(Convenient facilities) Establishment and
management by the central government and local government for the
facilities available in the interaction, reinforcement of program, and solution
of physical discrimination.
