본 연구는 보육시설 평가인증제 시행 후 보육시설 교직원과 학부모의 평 가인증에 대한 인식의 차이를 분석, 보육시설 평가인증제가 보육의 질을 향 상시켜 실효성 있는 제도로 정착되기 위한 자료로 삼고자 하며, 결과는 다 음과 같다. 첫째, ‘평가인증제도의 필요성’에 대해 교직원, 학부모 모두 보육시설에 대해 신뢰할 수 있는 평가제도가 필요한 것으로 인식 하였다.둘 째, 보육의 질과 밀접한 영역으로 교직원은 ‘보육환경, 교사와의 상호작 용’, 학부모는 ‘보육환경, 보육과정, 건강과 영양’이 밀접하고, 보육시설 의 고학력 전문직 부모 일수록 ‘교사와의 상호작용’이 보육의 질적 수준 향상에 제일 어려운 부분이라고 인식 차이를 보여, ‘상호작용의 중요성’ 에 대해 높게 인식하고 있음을 알 수 있다.셋째, 교직원과 학부모가 인식한 평가인증의 문제점으로 ‘업무과중으로 인한 보육의 질 저하, 획일화된 평 가기준과 교육의 다양성 규제’를 들어 인식의 일치를 보였다. 이상에서 평 가인증제는 보육시설의 질 향상, 보육시설 관계자와 학부모에게 긍정적으로 인식되고 있는 반면, 평가인증 ‘교직원의 업무과중’, ‘획일화된 평가기 준’으로 인한 ‘보육의 질 저하’에 대한 개선방안이 요구되고 있다.
This study analyzed, after evaluation system of granting certification to the preschool childcare facilities, the differences in awareness of the differences between faculty and parents. Assessment certification system is also preschool childcare to improve the quality of the operative system by going to have these data in order to be established. The results are as follows. First, ‘the need for the Evaluation Certification’ about faculty, parents can trust and evaluation for all preschool, may find refuge to the need. Second, the quality of childcare and the teaching staff at all walks of those are ‘the overall childcare environment, health and health and nutrition,’‘the overall childcare environment, with a teacher interaction’, parents are closely. Parents still ‘interaction with a teacher’ in a nursery level improve the quality of the quality of childcare facilities the most difficult aspects of recognition that the two leaders. And then we realize that there is recognition about ‘the importance of interaction’high. Third, staff and parents are recognized, the authentication problem faced by the ‘work overweight of childcare due to degradation, the quality of standardized evaluation criteria and to control the diversity of education’ of evaluation showed in the harmonization of recognition. Assessment certification system in more than foster care and be seen to improve the quality of childcare facilities, personnel and their parents to positive. ‘of the teaching staff of work overweight’ certification and assessment, due to ‘standardized evaluation criteria’ ‘a slip in the quality of childcare’ is required in plan for improvement.
