본 논문은 안동시 풍천면 가곡리 가일 마을의 사회적 특성과 이러한 사회적 특성이 노인들의 생활만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 검증하고자 하는 내용이 다. 사회문제를 살펴보면 소득증진문제, 인구감소문제 등이 중요한 문제이며 대 체적으로 사회문제나 전체생활에 만족하는 것으로 나타났다. 생활만족도에 영향을 미치는 각 변인들을 회귀 분석한 결과, 심리사회만족과 무병장수요인이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나, 동성마을인 안동가일의 경우 결연서비스나 의료서비스를 통해 복지서비스를 향상해야 할 것으로 보인 다. 이와 같은 복지정책적 제언과 더불어 이론적 제언은 한국노인의 생활만족에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무병장수요인, 심리사회만족이라고 볼 때 일반화된 강화 요인이 생활만족에 영향을 미칠 개연성은 있다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에 서 나타난 복지이론적 함의는 자원이론으로 안동동성마을노인의 생활만족을 설 명할 수 있다는 점이다.
The problems of this study are as follows. 1) What are the charateristics of demo-socio factors in Gail Andong, Korea? 2) How is the model of the elder's life satisfaction in Gil Andong, Korea? 3) What are the social welfare politic and theoretical implications of the this model? The results of analyses of Gail are as follows. In the demo-socio factors the number of Andong Kwon is 24.4%, and that represents the same family name village in Korean rural communities. Gail has income promotion problems, population decrease problems. The degree of life satisfaction and social problem satisfaction is high. The regression results of the factors and life satisfaction are as follows. The factors affecting the life satisfaction are Mubyung-Jangsu factor (which means no illness and long living), pschological-socio problems, so social welfare agency concerned must enhance the degree of life satisfaction in Gail through the medical services and affiliation services. Also, these results have theoretical implications. Considering Mubyung-Jangsu factor and pschological-socio problems factors the elderly's life satisfaction in Gail can be explained by resource theory.
