본 연구는 우리나라 재가노인복지서비스와 종교사회복지의 실태를 분석하고 문제점을 파악하여 고령화 사회에 있어서 재가노인복지서비스의 발전을 위한 종 교사회복지의 역할과 과제를 검토함에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 먼저 우리나라 재가노인복지서비스의 실태를 급여대상, 급여내용, 전달체계, 재원을 중심으로 분석하고 동시에 종교사회복지의 실태분석과 문제점 을 제시하였다. 이를 통해, 우리나라 재가노인복지서비스의 역할과 과제로는 다 음과 같다. 첫째, 재가노인복지서비스에 보다 역점을 두어야 한다. 둘째, 종교계의 사회복 지관련 조직의 정비를 통한 전달체계를 확립하여 전문성을 확보하여야 한다. 종 교계의 종교사회복지연구소 설립을 통하여 재가노인복지서비스의 발전을 위한 연구 노력 등이 요구된다.
This essay aims to research on the actual condition of Korea's community aging care service and religious social welfare system and to grasp the point of issue and examine the roles of religious social welfare system for the development of community aging care service in the aging society. To perform it, first of all, the actual condition of our nation's community aging care service is analyzed by subjects of benefits, contents of benefits, means of deliver, source of revenue, and at the same time the actual condition and problem of religious social welfare system are presented. Through the research, the roles and issues of our nation's community aging care service are as follows: First, we rather focus on the community aging care service. Second, we have to secure professionalism by establishing the means of deliver through the religious social welfare system. It is necessary to put significant efforts on the community aging care service development by establishing religious social welfare research institute in the religious world.
