The purpose of this study was to examine that obstacle associated with
client empowerment of worker' cognition who are working in self-support
agency. This study also was to development intervention method
empowerment for client.
We surveyed 108 workers in self-support agency around Jeonbuk area.
Here we reveal the results from this study, first, it is necessary to
establish professional empowerment program in service fact. it need to
professional workers who are working in self-support agency.
Secondly, in order to use the program effectively self-support agency need
to be connected with government agency.
Third, self-support agency need to get intervention empowerment program
for clint.
in order to use the program effectively, it requires professional intervention
program for worker.
Forth, system management factors, carry out approach special programs for
agencies character.
