The purpose of this study was to approach to liberal arts education with artistic experiences and activities at university. This paper proposes the humanistic approaches to higher education that artistic experiences and activities can be an alternative method for promoting liberal education programmes, providing a case study on the liberal arts education. Artistic experiences and activities can be used for university students to guide the way to understand the world around their life, and insights to what happens around the world. The case study shows an example of the methodological interdisciplinary approaches demonstrated through artistic activities, which can be developed as an module or curriculum in the needs of the change of higher education.
