본 연구는 집단 프로그램에서 질적 성과 측정도구로 활용되는 그림검사도구들 중 최근 많이 활용되고 있는 사과 따는 사람(PPAT)의 연구 동향을 분석하고 이를 사회복지현장에서 활용 가능한 실천도구로서의 적합성을 확인하기 위한 목 적이 있다. 사과 따는 사람(PPAT)의 동향을 분석하기 위하여 2008년을 시작으 로 2015년 까지 총 49개의 연구가 분석되었다. 연구동향의 결과 첫째, 연도별 로 사과 따는 사람(PPAT)을 검사도구로 활용한 연구가 활발히 진행되는 것으 로 나타났으며 특히 최근 연구들은 아동부터 노인까지 다양한 대상층에게 모두 적용되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 연구결과를 도출하는데 있어서 설문지를 활용한 양적 성과측정 방법과 사과 따는 사람(PPAT)을 활용한 질적 성과측정 방법을 활용하였다. 본 연구는 최근 개별 및 집단 상담 현장의 효과성연구에 대 한 결과를 도출하는데 많이 활용되고 있는 사과 따는 사람(PPAT)을 사회복지 실천현장에도 적용할 수 있도록 최근의 연구 동향을 분석한 연구라는데 그 의의 를 찾을 수 있다.
This study analyzes the appropriateness of practical tool applications for social welfare practice sites by evaluating the research trend of The Person Picking an Apple From a Tree (PPAT), the most prevalently used drawingbased assessment applied as qualitative performance measurement tools for collective programs. In order to analyze the trend of the PPAT, this study evaluates a total of 49 research papers written between 2008 and 2015. The results of the trend analysis are as follows: First, this study finds active research projects using the PPAT by years and the recently studies particularly show the PPAT applied to various target populations from children to elders. Second, this study uses the qualitative performance measurement method applying the PPAT and quantitative performance measurement method using surveys for drawing the research results. This study conducts the research trend analysis of PPAT prevalently applied in the studies assessing the effectiveness of individual and collective counseling practice sites for its extensive usage in social welfare practices.
