본 연구는 인지행동 단기미술치료가 시각장애 성인여성의 자아개념에 어떠한 영향을 미치 는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 선천성 시각장애 4급을 판정받은 40대 초반의 성인여 성이며, 2016년 3월7일~ 5월16일까지 사전ㆍ사후검사를 제외한 총 9회기로 미술치료를 진행 하였다. 측정도구는 집-나무-사람 그림검사(HTP), 문장완성검사(SCT)를 사전ㆍ사후 실시하였고, 회기별 프로그램에 대한 양적 및 질적 분석도 하였다. 본 연구 결과는 첫째, 인지행동 단기미 술치료는 시각장애 성인여성의 집-사람-나무 그림검사(HTP) 및 문장완성검사(SCT)에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 인지행동 단기미술치료는 시각장애 성인여성의 자아개념에 긍정적인 영 향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 인지행동 단기미술치료는 시각장애 성인여성의 왜곡된 자기인지를 지각하 게 함으로써 행동의 변화를 주었다. 따라서 인지행동 단기미술치료는 시각장애 성인여성의 자 아개념 변화에 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었다.
The purpose of this study is to find out whether the cognitive behavioral short-term art therapy affects the self-concept of visually handicapped woman. The object of the study is an early 40s inherently visually handicapped woman. The art therapy had been conducted with total 9 times except the pre- and post tests during March 7- May 16, 2016. The House-Tree-Person test(HTP test) and Sentence Completion Test(SCT) were applied before and after the therapy sessions. And qualitative and quantitative analysis was conducted after each therapy. The study result shows, firstly, the cognitive behavioral short-term art therapy positively affects the HTP test and SCT of an inherently visually impaired woman. secondly, the therapy positively affects the self-concept of the object. thirdly, the therapy evokes the object's behavioral change by recognizing her own distorted self-cognition. It is finally concluded that the cognitive behavioral short-term art therapy has made a positive effect on improving the self-concept of visually handicapped woman.
