전치부 심미치료에 있어서 임프란트 수복물의 치은 부 형태는 매우 중요한 의미가 있다. 이를 위해 골이 식, 연조직 수술 및 보철적 고려등이 행해진다. 임시 수복물을 이용하여 연조직의 형태를 형성하는 방법 은 많은 증례에서 좋은 결과를 보이고 있으며 이렇게 만들어진 연조직을 주모형에서 재현하는 것이 심미 적인 보철물을 만들기 위해 필요하다. 연조직의 형태 를 재현하기 위한 방법으로는 기성 impression coping을 사용하는 방법, custom made impression coping법, 모형에서 임의로 다듬는 방법등이 있으나 정확하지 않거나 많은 시간과 노력이 필요하다. 임시 치아를 over-impression하여 주모형을 석고로 재 제작할 수 있으나 시간이 많이 걸리는 단점이 있다. 본 증례에서는 임시수복물과 bis-acrylic resin을 이 용하여 쉽고 정확하게 주모형을 제작하는 방법을 소 개하고자 한다.
This article describes a simple method to reproduce peri-implant soft tissues to make esthetic final restoration. Overimpression with silicone impression material was made, then transfer the temporary restoration to the impression with analog. Using Bis-acrylic temporary restoration material, analog-block was made. After the analog-block was made, temporary restoration returned to the patient and analog block was repositioned to the impression then fabricate working cast.
