본 연구는 자연친화적 번스타인의 사고도구 훈련이 유아의 창의성 및 자연친화적 태도에 어 떠한 효과가 있는지 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 부산광역시 M어린이집과 S어린이집의 만 4, 5세 혼합반 유아 34명(실험집단 17명, 비교집단 17명)이다. 9주간 총 16회기에 걸쳐 실 험집단은 자연친화적 번스타인의 사고도구 훈련에 참여하였고, 비교집단은 생활주제에 따른 활동을 실시하였다. TTCT 도형검사와 자연친화적 태도 검사 도구를 사용하여 자료를 수집하 였으며, 수집된 자료는 공분산 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 실험집단의 창의성과 자연친화적 태도의 사후점수가 비교집단에 비해 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 자연친화적 번 스타인의 사고도구 훈련은 유아의 창의성과 자연친화적 태도를 향상시키는데 효과적인 교 수․학습 방법이 될 수 있음을 시사한다.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of nature-friendly creativity training on young children’s creativity and nature-friendly attitude. Two research questions were posed: 1. What influence does nature-friendly creativity training exert on the creativity of young children? and 2. What influence does nature-friendly creativity training exert on the nature-friendly attitude of young children? The study participants were 34 young children who attended a child care center in Busan. The experimental group participated in nature-friendly creativity training while the comparison group participated in theme-based activities. The instrument used to evaluate the young children’s creativity and nature-friendly attitude were the Torrance Tests of Creative Thinking and nature-friendly attitude test. The data were analyzed by ANCOVA and the results showed that there were significant differences in post-test scores between the experimental group and the comparison group. This suggests that nature-friendly creativity training could be more effective for developing creativity and a nature-friendly attitude in young children than traditional nature-friendly activities.
