This study is an empirical study to verify that the work environment of
carers and occupational ethics affects the role of task immersion and task
attitude. This study summarizes the results of this study.
Overall, the professional ethics consciousness of the medical profession is at
a very high level.
In the work environment of carers, the benefits of a pay job have a
positive impact on task acquisition, which indicates that the nursing care
provider needs to be realistic because it is very poorly maintained.
Because the level of ethical protection of carers has been raised recently,
the level of professional ethics consciousness may positively affect the
attitude of carers in the treatment of carers.
Through this study, improving work conditions and improving professional
ethic awareness and improvement of occupational health care providers. A
stable service worker's work environment and job ethics can lead to better
quality service for elderly citizens as well as to improve the quality of the
elderly, thereby improving the quality of life.
