The Purpose of this study is to creat a pledge for education for presidential election which comprehensively mirrors the requests and understanding towards parents and the public by politically analyzing the definite plan for education for presidential election. The majority of education specialists were college professors, and there were no members of academic communities. The definite plan for educational policies is determined through the debate and agreement among candidates and professional groups, and the ideological disposition of the camp at the candidate election stage. They are further decided based on the official election headquarter of the party once the public recommendation is finalized. The definite plan of educational policies of the political parties tend to show the ‘path dependency of policies’, defined by the contents of pledges formed during the election process within the parties. Based on the research results, this study creats a pledge for participants of education policies and to extend the participation of academic communities.
