This study conducted for the purpose of a preliminary study to develop Social Skills Scale. Sampling of the research collected training session for new employees in the L group. The total of 480 people (412 males and 69 females) selected for this study. The average age of samples are 27.7 and the scholarship is more than college. The existing scale of development and social questions in a comprehensive survey of the 57 items was initially composed of questions, going through the process of item analysis and factor analysis 38 items were selected in the final. Factors configuration was confirmed by the 6 factors. The sub factors were named by interpersonal social skills, emotional control, emotional sensitivity, language assertiveness, interpersonal avoidance, emotional expression. The reliability of Social Skills Scale from 0.61 to 0.86 respectively.
