본 연구는 중학생 대상 음악치료를 활용한 학교폭력예방 프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과를 살펴보는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 따돌림과 괴롭힘 예방, 나와 친구의 장점 찾기, 학교폭력법을 내용으로 하는 구조화 프로그램과 감정표현, 학교폭력의 세 가지 입장 되어보기, 상호이해, 감정조절, 상호존 중 내용으로 하는 음악치료 프로그램을 활용하여 프로그램을 구성하였다. 연구 결과, 프로그램을 실 시한 후 학교폭력에 대한 인식과 태도가 향상되었고, 학교환경을 긍정적으로 인식하게 된 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 또래관계는 부정적으로 인식하게 되었으며, 학교폭력 허용도와 가능성은 변화가 없었던 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 본 연구의 한계 및 시사점을 논의하였다.
The purpose of this study was to develop an effective school violence prevention program using music therapy for middle school students. The program consisted of two parts. The first part included bullying and harassment prevention, finding the benefits and virtues in friendship, and education of the law for protection and measure of school violence. And the second part incorporated a Music Therapy, encouraging emotional expressions and regulations, understanding different positions of school violence from the three perspectives, and mutual understanding and mutual respect. As a result of implementing of this program, the perceptions and attitudes toward school violence and the recognition of a positive school environment have been improved. However, participants presented a more negative perception of their Peer Relationships. And no change in permissive attitude and behavioral possibility toward violence was found in this study. Finally, limitations and implications of the study were discussed.
