본 연구는 단일 학급 유치원에서 활용한 네이버 밴드 내 게실글과 댓글을 분석하여 그 특징을 파 악하고자 하였다. 단일 학급 유치원 교사는 유치원의 전반적인 업무를 총괄하고 있기 때문에 밴드를 운영하는 것도 교사의 몫이다. 이에 유치원 교사가 모든 업무를 담당하고 있는 단일 학급 유치원 중 2016년 네이버 밴드를 활용한 유치원 한 곳을 연구대상으로 하였다. 분석자료는 연구대상 유치원에서 활용한 밴드 내의 게시글 383개와 댓글 628개를 수집 분석하였 다. 자료는 분석준거에 따라 분류하고 빈도와 백분율을 구하여 결과처리를 하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 게시글은 교사가 97.7%, 학부모가 2.3% 게시한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 교사는 토요일과 일요일에 가 장 많은 글을 게시하였다. 월별 분석 결과를 살펴보니 게시글의 수는 4, 5, 6월에 집중되어 있었다. 둘째, 댓글은 교사가 26.3%, 학부모가 73.3% 작성한 것으로 나타났다. 댓글을 작성한 학부모 중 한 학부모가 절반(50.3%)이상을 작성하였으며 학부모 회원 중 12명은 0~5개 미만으로 댓글을 작성하였 다. 또한 댓글에서 교사와 학부모의 관계에 있어 긍정적인 의미의 단어를 추출한 결과 가장 많이 사 용된 어휘는 고생, 감사, 좋은, 행복, 최고의 단어들이 추출되었다. 본 연구결과를 통해 네이버 밴드 활용은 교사의 업무를 가중시킬 수 있으며, 경우에 따라 많은 학부모들은 소극적인 참여태도를 가지 고 있다는 점을 논의할 수 있다. 또한 주로 사용되는 어휘를 통해 교사와 학부모의 신뢰감과 친밀감 을 갖게 해주는 연결고리의 역할을 밴드가 해준다고 볼 수 있다.
The purpose of this study is to analyse the posts and comments in the Naver band use case of a kindergarten. For this purpose, one of the kindergartens in charge of kindergarten, which is the teacher in charge of the whole kindergarten, was selected as one of the kindergarten using the Naver band in 2016. Analyzes were collected from 383 postings and 628 comments in the bands used by the organization. The data was classified according to the analysis criteria, and the frequency and percentages were obtained and processed. The results of the analysis are as follows: First, 97.7% of the teachers and 2.3% of the parents posted in the Naver band. The teacher also posted the most posts on Saturday and Sunday, respectively. Looking at the monthly analysis results, the number of posts were concentrated in April, May, and June. Second, the comments that were written by teachers (26.3%) and the parents (73.3%). One parent wrote at least more half (50.3%) of all comments, while twelve of the other parent members commented less than zero to five comments. In addition, in the comments, we found words with positive meaning in the relationship between teachers and parents. The most frequently used word that were used, were; “suffering, gratitude, goodness, happiness, and best.” The band can play a role as a link that gives teachers and parents confidence and familiarity through these commonly used vocabulary. Through the results of this study, it is possible to discuss the fact that the Naver band can another plus task of the teacher and, in some cases, many parents have passive attitude of participation. In addition, through the vocabulary that is mainly used in the band, the band can play a role of a link that makes teachers and parents the confidence and intimacy.
