본 연구는 대인관계 2차원 모델을 기초로 한 대인관계 특성검사(ITS)의 제작과 타당화를 위하여 실시되었다. 척도의 구성을 위해서 성격에 관련된 워크숍 장면에서 참가자들이 자신의 성격을 묘사하기 위하여 사용한 형용사를 취합하여 검사도구 개발을 하였다. 최종적으로 총 70문항의 검사문항이 확정되었으며, 5요인으로 구성되었다. 각 요인의 신뢰도는 Cronbach α값이 .82이상의 높은 신뢰도를 보였다. 요인분석을 통하여 구성된 5요인은 확인적 요인분석을 거쳐 모델의 적합도를 검증하였다. 대인관계 2차원 모델을 통하여 구성된 LCSI 검사와 대인관계 측면의 자존감 검사와의 타당도 분석을 통하여 검사도구로서의 활용가능성이 입증되었다. 따라서 자연어를 기초로 제작된 본 검사는 대인관계의 특성을 쉽게 찾아낼 수 있는 편이성과 정확성을 제공하여 검사의 활용도가 높을 것으로 기대된다.
This study was conducted by the purpose of producing and validating Interpersonal Trait Scale(ITS) based on 2 dimension interpersonal relation model. To construct the scale, inventory was developed by gathering the adjectives which are used to describe their own personality of participants in personality-related workshops. Finally, 70 inventory items in total are confirmed and these are consisted of 5 factors. The reliability of each factor has proven to be high more than .82 ( Cronbach α ). Fitness of 5 factors constructed by factor analysis were probed by confirmative factor analysis. LCSI constructed by 2 dimension interpersonal relation model has been proven to be useful as an inventory through validity analysis with self-esteem test in the interpersonal relation dimension. Therefore, the results indicated that ITS produced by natural language would be highly efficient in terms of convenience and accuracy enabling to figure out characteristics of interpersonal relations easily.
