본 연구는 아동중심적 관점에서 가정위탁보호사업의 정책과 실천 방향에 대해서 질적 연구방법을 통해 논의하였다. 이러한 연구 목적을 위해 선행연구와 우리나라 현황, 정책과 실천 방향을 기반으로 아동중심적 정책과 실천의 틀의 중요성을 파악하고 가정위탁서비스의 질적 향상의 측면에서 살펴보았다. 결론적으로 아동중심적 가정위탁은 아동의 생활에 영향을 미치는 의사결정에 아동이 참여하도록 하고, 아동과 정기적인 접촉을 통해 안전과 안정을 도모하며 전문지식을 갖춘 사회복지사의 양질의 서비스와 사례관리, 다양한 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.
The purpose of this study was to suggest policy and practice direction within the framework of child-focussed foster care though qualitative study methods. In order to clarify the above points, study based on sundry records, current issue of domestic and policy and practice. Furthermore, the importance examined policy and practice within the framework of child-focussed foster care and quality foster care. Thus far, the study suggest that children participate to decision making, maintain children\'s safety and stability, need to professional social worker\'s case management and various program.
