Based on a 19-item questionnaire (for students with visual impairments) and one 5-item questionnaire (for librarians), the researcher conducted semi-structured interviews individually with each participant. All the interviews were recorded and transcribed by the researcher and two colleagues. Based on the students\' interviews, four themes were extracted, including access to physical facilities in the library, accessibility of internet-oriented library system, human resources in the library for supporting students with visual impairments, and policies for supporting such students and university libraries. Based on the librarians\' interviews, personal variables and environmental variables were identified to facilitate the use of university libraries by students with visual impairments.
