본 연구의 목적은 시각장애인과 비장애인의 정보접근성을 유비쿼터스(ubiquitous)관점에서 비교함으로써 비장애인에 대한 시각장애인의 물리적 정보접근성과 전자적 정보접근성을 추정하였다. 분석한 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 시각장애인은 비장애인보다 물리공간의 정보접근성과 전자공간의 정보 접근성이 모두 낮으며, 이러한 정보 접근성은 정보화가 장애인에게 다른 장애가 되어 장애인의 삶의 질을 더 저하시킨다는 비관론을 지지해 주는 것이다. 둘째, 성․연령․직업․소득․학력․거주지 등 인구․사회․경제학적 요인들이 시각장애인의 물리공간과 전자공간의 정보접근성에 중요한 작용을 하고 있다. 이는 기존의 사회 불평등이 정보접근성에 그대로 반영되어 나타난다는 지식 격차론을 지지해 주는 것이다. 셋째, 장애의 정도에 따라 정보접근성 수준이 달라지며, 이것은 시각장애인 내에서 정보접근성 격차를 초래한다.
In this paper, we research the study on the improvement planning of information accessibility for the visual impairment people using ubiquitous concept. And then this study research the physical space and the cyber space information accessibility by SPSS Windows 11.0. The results of this study is the follows. First, the difference of information accessibility between visual impairment people and general people exists in physical space. It\'s from the difference of pc accessibility, internet accessibility and mobile accessibility. The most important factor of pc accessibility is the usability difference of pc. Second, the difference of information accessibility between visual impairment people and general people exists in cyber space. It\'s from the difference of pc and internet application, information cognition and information education accessibility. The most important factor is information education accessibility difference between the visual impairment people and the general people. Third, the difference of information accessibility between visual impairment people and general people exists in age, sex, education, income, job and living city size and so on. Forth, the physical space information accessibility will be increase using ubiquitous network. The barrier free interface which is one of the main factor in ubiquitous gives the more improving accessibility in physical space. Fifth, the cyber space information accessibility will be increase using ubiquitous network. The concierge service improves the cyber space information accessibility and quality of life.
