The purpose of this study was to introduce the development, implementation, and effects of anchored instruction for students with learning disabilities. The principle of development included video-based presentation format, narrative format, embed data design, problem complexity, and links across the curriculum. The development process was selecting topic, analyzing curriculum, developing anchor, and developing instructional plan. The anchored instruction implemented in five steps: setting the stage, watching the anchor, identifying the problem, solving the problem, and presentation and discussion. The several effects of implementing “Family Journey Plan to Jeju Island” anchored instructional program were discussed.
