The nature of relationship between elementary school teachers and parents are remarkably important and critical in terms of children\'s school achievement and adjustment. But, most of elementary school teachers seems to start their teaching career without being prepared for the appropriate way of being related with parents. Actually many beginning teachers say that one of the most difficult tasks is to meet and communicate with parents. This research was intended to inquire how elementary school teachers live with parents in school. For the inquiry I asked 20 elementary school teachers to describe their experiences on parents as they are, which they think as the most impressive ones. And I also asked them to add their interpretation and reflection on the description. The themes which emerged from the interaction between elementary school teachers and me as a researcher are as follows. 1. Parents are in a powerless position to follow teacher‘s decisions. 2. There should be some limits in personally connecting with parents. 3. Enthusiastic parents are sometimes awkward and not welcomed. 4. Children are mirrors of their parent. 5. Parents tend to exaggerate and overreact things that happen at school 6. Parents are not qualified as professional educators, comparing with teachers. 7. Parents have a different viewpoint of their child from teacher\'s one.
