The purpose of this paper is to suggest instruments for identification for artistically talented students. The identification of artistically talented students should be based on careful attention to student potential and works in progress as well as final performance and products. To identify the artistically talented student different instruments that should be developed based on characteristic of artistically talented student could be used at the same time. For example Checklist by parents and teacher and student-self, a letter of recommendation from teacher or student-self, studio test, interview, portfolio, etc. could be used all together. Instruments in this paper was developed focused on artistically talented students\' interest, learning styles, rate of learning, motivation, work habits, and personality. Researcher should change the detailed question of instrument according to artistically talented students\' backgrounds, personalities, values and age.
