Current statics have showed that the Growth of the Korean Church is either on a slow-down or declining in membership and participation. We may say of some of reasons which resulted in a slow-down or declining in membership. The Korean society has became a pluralistic society . Pluralism makes room for the gospel as one of many spiritual alternatives, but it becomes a barrier that is intolerant of anyone who makes absolute claims. As the result in pluralistic culture to preach the finality of Jesus Christ draws negative responses from the contemporary culture. Also secularism and materialism are widely spread in the Korean Church. The Korean Church facing the critical challenge both inside and outside must listen to the Reformers\' cry “Let the Church be the Church.\" If the Korean Church restores the biblical vision and sense of the divine calling, the Church will experience revival and growth again. The purpose of this paper is to suggest the seven principles for the Growth of the Korean Church. The first one is principle of the Great Commission vision. The second one is principle of a servant leadership. The third one is principle of lay ministry. The fourth one is principle of a culturally relevant ministry. The fifth one is principle of true worship. The sixth one is principle of contextualized preaching. The seventh one is principle of prayer and repentance. The 2000 years of history of the Christian Church teaches us that the Church always has gone to a wrong way and failed when the basics were ignored. The seven principles which are throughly based on the Scripture and seriously consider the cultural situations of this age will give a good guideline and direction for the Korean Church desiring revival and growth again.
