First, the public social curriculum for a new official should be operated separately from the experienced officer\'s.
Second, the scope of trainees for the experienced official\'s curriculum needs to be extended to include the other welfare-relevant officials as well as the officials solely in charge of social welfare.
Third, Regarding the period of training, it is preferred to be below 2 weeks in both the curriculum of newcomer and the experienced.
Fourth, The number of courses required to be established is 24 (above the grade point average 3.8 by the scale of 1 to 5) in respect of the public social curriculum of a newcomer. For this, the welfare-relevant advanced courses should be included with the existing basic courses for the newcomer.
Fifth, In the case of curriculum for the experienced, 31 courses (above the Grade Point Average 3.8 by the scale 1 to 5) are to be offered, which require to include more systematic advanced courses than those for the newcomer.
This study presents a desirable way of development of official institute\'s public social curriculum in the aspects of newcomer\'s and the experienced.
