본 연구에서는 효과적인 부모교육 실천을 위한 새로운 부모교육 방법을 창출하기 위해 다음과 같은 연구과정을 실행하였다. 우선 부모역할 개념과 부모교육 프로그램, 부모코칭의 실천 동향 등을 문헌고찰을 통해 살펴봄으로써 이론적인 배경을 탐색하고, 다음으로 2000년 이후 부모교육 프로그램을 주제로 발표한 국내 학술지 발표 논문들을 프로그램 개발 분석틀을 기준으로 조사ㆍ평가하였다. 그 결과 도출된 부모교육 접근 시 필요한 보완점들을 토대로 부모코칭모형 시안을 개발하였으며, 델파이 분석을 통해 부모코칭 모형을 수정ㆍ보완하였다. 본 연구에서 분석한 기존의 부모교육 프로그램 분석결과 부모교육의 주제가 문제를 가진 특수한 아동을 중심으로 이루어지는 경우가 대부분이며, 이용자 역시 아동기에 집중되어 있었다. 프로그램 제공자 역시 연구자가 조사를 목적으로 단발적으로 실시하는 경우가 많아 전문성을 확인하기 어려웠으며, 다수가 강의법을 사용하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 코칭모형 시안을 개발하여 전문가들에게 피드백을 받은 결과 다양한 코칭 기술이 포함된 부모코칭 프로세스를 기본으로 투입, 산출, 진단과정, 평가방법의 틀을 가진 새로운 부모코칭 모형이 제시되었다. 이 모형은 완전한 것이 아니라 계속적인 수정ㆍ보완이 필요한 것으로 앞으로 실제적인 부모코칭 과정이 증가함에 따라 검증되고 더욱 발전할 수 있을 것이다.
This study conducted a search on parenting education program for the purpose of new parenting education method creation. The literature reviews included relevant studies on parent role and its program, such as parent role definition, various parenting program analysis and parenting coaching method. First, the survey was conducted given to 126 thesis, finally 42 thesis was analyzed. The survey consisted of 3 questions that measures parenting program, parenting coaching model development. Parenting coaching model was consisted of Delphi analysis. The Results are generally as follows: General theme of parenting education program are focused on special part according to child problem. Also most of participant on parenting program are childhood parent. Almost program offerer are researcher, mainly used of lecture method. The new parenting coaching model tentative plan was consisted of these results, after Delphi analysis was conducted. Final parenting coaching model was made of 4 part: input, output, diagnosis process, assessment method. This model is not finish, upgrade working will continue.
