The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships between motivation of using a water park, satisfaction, and revisit intention. A total of 400 employees from five waterpark resorts were selected using a convenient sampling method. Among them 302 usable questionnaires were collected and used in the dada analyses. Data analyses were conducted with SPSS 15.0 VER. and AMOS 7.0. The results of this study indicated that (1) motivation had a significant effect on visitors\' satisfaction with the resort(More specifically, the entertainment factor had a greater impact on satisfaction than any other motivation factors), and (2) visitor\'s satisfaction with a waterpark significantly affected revisit intention to the park.
